We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement.

1. Eligibility for Refund

✔ Item must have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
✔ You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
✔ Clear photo or video proof of damage is required

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized artwork

  • Change-of-mind returns

  • Items not reported within the 7-day window

3. Refund Process

  1. Email us at info@nefra-eg.com with your order number and photos

  2. Once approved, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement

  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

4. Return Shipping

If a return is required, we will cover the cost only in the case of damaged or wrong items.

5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
